🌌 The Openness To Experience Company
April 14, 2026
The idea of TOTEC is to encourage exploration of what the world has to offer. I have met many people that are free-spirited but don't act on that spirit for a confluence of reasons. For example in some cases they are in a poor socioeconomic situation, too neurotic to seize opportunities, or not conscientious enough to be organized about them.
Please give me feedback: Let me know which of the following experiences you have done, which you most want to do, and what should be added to this list!

Disclaimer
- Some of these are half-baked or vague to inspire flexibility and creativity.
- A person need not start out high openness. Activities varying in perceived risk and strangeness might facilitate the following case: Someone might come to us that might score low on openness to experience, but believes like I do that incremental exposure might increase their openness, and desires that.
